DVD to All Ripper is a software with a pretty self-explanatory title - it allows you to convert DVDs to media files of various formats, including AVI, WMV, MOV, MP3 and WAV. The tool can be easily used by individuals of any experience level.

The interface of the application is plain and easy to work with. You can import a DVD by using either the file browser or treeview (the "drag and drop" method is not supported).

In the list you can check out the name, time length, start and end time, resolution, expected size and status on each chapter of the respective DVD. So, all you have to do is establish the output file type and directory, in order to proceed with the encoding job.

Furthermore, you can select the audio language and subtitle track, set the output filename, as well as trim clips by marking their start and end position. But you can also change audio and video settings when it comes to the encoder, resolution, bit rate, frame rate and sample frequency rate.

The DVD processing tool requires a moderate amount of system resources, has a good response time, quickly finishes a task and generally delivers a fair image and sound quality. On the other hand, DVD to All Ripper failed a couple of conversion tasks during our tests (e.g. to AVI, MP4 and MKV) and you cannot change program settings (e.g. enable the tool to automatically turn off the computer after conversion). We recommend this software with reservations.
