EType Mail Decoder is an application that was developed to help you decode your mail messages.

Program can be used also as a powerfull recoder. ECoder has russian and english interfaces switched by menu.

ECoder can recode messages (or simple textual files) in two modes: hand-operated and automatic. In hand-operated mode You select sequence of text coding by yourself.

In this mode You may also, for example, transform file from UUENCODE to text or conversely - You load file to program and select the recoding table. If have make a mistake in selecting recoding table then press button "Undo" or recover text to inital state pressed button "Reset". Press button "History..." to see decoding history.
