MP3 Cutter Joiner is an application with a pretty self-explanatory title. It can cut and join MP3 files.

Since this is an ad-supported tool, you should be careful when installing it. MP3 Cutter Joiner offers to download a non-essential third-party component and to make some changes to your web browser.

The interface of the software is simple and intuitive. You can import audio tracks (individually or from a folder) by using only the file browser, since the "drag and drop" method is not supported (but batch processing is).

So, you can split the tracks by setting the starting and ending point, as well as join them by clicking a button.

In addition, you can convert MP3s to the WAV, WMA or OGG format, remove a file from the list, arrange songs by using the "up" and "down" buttons, clear the queue, and more.

In the "Settings" menu you can select the function (e.g. custom, unification, split every copy into a given number of seconds), configure fade settings and set the output destination.

But you can also configure audio settings for each extension when it comes to the sample frequency rate, channel, bit rate, quality, bit per sample, VBR, and others.

The program  uses a low-to-moderate amount of system resources, includes a video tutorial and didn't freeze or crash during our tests.

However, it popped up a random error but that didn't seem to interfere with the overall functionality of the tool. Also, the demo version is severely limited, so you may not be able to fully test MP3 Cutter Joiner's capabilities. Otherwise, we recommend this software to all users.
