Photo7 Lite is a simple-to-use application which allows you to view pictures and make several modifications to them. It can be handled by individuals of all levels.

The interface of the software is plain and pretty simple to work with. Image files can be imported by using either the file browser or "drag and drop" method. Batch processing is not possible.

So, you can adjust the tint, temperature, exposure, brightness, contrast, saturation, clarity, hue, luminance and others, as well as apply filters (e.g. sharpness, smooth, blur, emboss, sepia, grayscale). All effects can be saved or reset to their default values.

But you can also resize and flip pictures, set an image as wallpaper, remove the red eye effect, view file properties (e.g. location, size, length, date, mouse location), zoom in and out, use the undo function, and others. Output images can be saved as JPG, BMP, PNG, ICO, GIF, EMF or EXIF.

The image processing tool takes up a moderate amount of system resources, has a good response time and quickly makes adjustments. No errors have occurred during our testing and Photo7 Lite did not freeze or crash. Unfortunately, there is no help file available and you cannot change the program's behavior (e.g. enable Photo7 Lite to minimize to the system tray or to stay on top of other applications). Nevertheless, we strongly recommend this tool to all users.
