SysTools OST Finder is a program designed to provide users with the possibility to easily locate any OST files, either on their own computers, or on machines that are connected to their local area network under the same domain.

The allows users to find lost OST files, regardless of whether they have been located on their computers or if they are on a machine that they have used before, but which are still connected to their LAN. All that users need to do for that is to launch the application, to select the PC on which they want to search for OST files, and then enter their login credentials.

The application searches the selected machines for OST files and displays any of the discovered ones on its main window. Furthermore, the software displays a series of details on the discovered files, such as the name of the machine on which they are located, the file path, and the size for each of them.

The tool can be used to search for OST files on specific partitions on a hard drive, but also allows users to search entire disks, provided that they are unsure of the actual file location.

Once the tool has found OST files and lists them, users can choose between a series of actions, including the option to copy the OST files to a new location, so as to make sure that they can be reached easier. Moreover, the tool allows users to export the found OST files to CSV (the CSV file includes all of the columns visible on the tool's main window).

When saving the discovered OST files to a new location or when exporting to CSV, users are provided with the option to either select a folder already existing on the computer, or to create a brand new one, directly from SysTools OST Finder.
