When your work requires you to navigate through and use multiple websites at the same time, it may be difficult to manage them.

For situations like that, it may be useful to have a browser extension like Workona. With it, you will have a much easier time navigating through all your websites.

It is fairly easy to learn how to use. After you install the extension, you will be able to group your web pages into groups, called "workspaces." These will always appear on the left side of your browser whenever you open it.

With the extension, you can easily save your tabs to the desired projects, or even move them from one group to another, by clicking on the icon in the toolbar while the web page is open.

Once a workspace has at least one tab saved, you can click on it and the browser will immediately open all the web pages saved there.

But let's say that you have a group for which you saved six or seven tabs. You might believe that, in order to start working on a new project, you will first need to close all those other pages you don't need anymore.

Well, you do not need to worry about this. Whenever you have to switch from one project to another, you can simply click on the group you need and it will automatically close all the previous tabs and open the new ones.

I am not going to say now that Workona is the most amazing piece of software ever created and that everyone should have it added to their web browser.

It is good, sure, but it is a very situational extension. Most of the time, even though people need to use multiple web pages at work daily, they mainly use the same ones over and over.

However, if you do have about 10-15 web pages that you mainly use, and only need to have a few of them open at a time, you should consider using Workona.
