Keeping a structured approach to email messaging is of paramount importance in order to maintain an organized workflow. This is especially prominent if users have a mailbox (or multiple mailboxes, for that matter) that contain large amounts of messages. The issue can be escalated even more when the said mailboxes’ have different providers as origin points. With the introduction of Mail Exchange Server Records (MX records), the issue of email message organizing has been partially resolved.

Theos sorter, just as its name implies, was created specifically in order to offer users a centralized solution for connecting to their mail exchange servers, extracting the available data, and performing a sort of the identified messages.

Aside from the actual sorting process, the application will also allow users to save the resulting data to their preferred local drive location. The main working principle relies on importing the MX list for enabling the sorting process.

One will be able to visualize the number of available email messages, per mailbox provider, when running multiple data sources. Clearing the loaded data can be done instantly, using the dedicated feature, and initializing and stopping the sorting process can be done using the provided, on-screen controls.
