Working and business hours have a degree of importance that is oftentimes underestimated, and although there are numerous ways to account for that fact, there still remain instances where one might not be able to abide by the concept. One simple example are tasks, chores, and messages that need to be performed or sent during exact working hours. Emails that are written after business hours and that need to be sent during working hours require a specialized solution. This is where OffHours comes into play.

This Outlook add-in was developed specifically in order to provide users with a specialized solution that will enable them to send email messages that have been written after business hours, with a delay, on the start of the next business day, or on a day of their preference.

The main working principle of the add-in revolves around the creation of dedicated menus in Outlook’s sidebar, which will allow one to easily control the parametrization of the messages. Users must be aware though, that they need to perform a configuration of the add-in before using it, and the developer has included a detailed tutorial here.

Last but not least, the add-in also offers the choice of sending delayed messages at any time.
