007 Proxy Finder is, just like its name suggests, a very easy to use application designed to help you find new proxy servers with minimum effort.

And although the interface is clearly not the best we've seen, it's just a basic look that does its job and allows users to interact with the main features of the program.

All tools are grouped in the main window and this may come in very handy to those who don't want to waste too much time with configuration options and other unnecessary menus.

On the other hand, the scanning process can't be customize in any way, so what you see is what you get and nothing more.

The developer claims more than 3000 proxies can be found with the press of a button, but you can't control the sources, delete or add new ones. Plus, you can't even pick the ports to be checked in the scan or, at least, the proxy type.

Other than that, 007 Proxy Finder works impressively fast, showing the number of found proxies in a separate field right in the main window. Additionally, it gives you the power to save the results as a text document or as a CSV file.

It doesn't hamper system performance at all and works like a charm on all Windows workstations, but the app sometimes gets unresponsive on Windows 7, with a few seconds needed to return to its working state.

All in all, 007 Proxy Finder works well, but it still needs a few upgrades, including a new interface and more customization options.
