As its title suggests, 0 allows you to encode media files to audio tracks of several formats, including MP3, AMR, M4A, OGG and WAV. It can be easily used by individuals of any experience level.

The interface of the program is simplistic. Media files can be imported into the list by using the file browser only, because the "drag and drop" method is not supported. Batch processing is allowed.

In the queue you can check out the source folder, size and time of each media file. So, all you have to do is specify the output directory and extension, in order to proceed with the encoding job.

On top of that, you can modify audio properties when it comes to the quality, sample frequency rate, channel mode and volume.

Additionally, you can remove an item from the list or clear the entire queue, preview clips in a small, built-in media player, as well as enable A123 All to MP3 Converter to automatically shut down the system or to open the target directory after the encoding task.

The audio conversion program runs on a low amount of system resources, has a good response time, quickly finishes a task and delivers a good sound quality in the output audio tracks. However, there is no help file available and the interface needs some improvements, since it's outdated. Plus, A123 All to MP3 Converter failed a job during our tests (MPG-to-MP3). We recommend this tool with some reservations.
