AFile Attribute Manager is an intuitive piece of software that gives you the possibility to seamlessly modify the date and time stamps, along with the attributes of files and folders. It doesn't contain complex options or configuration parameters, making it accessible to all types of users.

After a fast and uneventful setup operation, you can check out the user-friendly interface made from a large window with a clear-cut layout, which integrates an Explorer tree view to help you quickly navigate directories to locate files.

Shown information includes the name, type, size and attributes, together with the time and date of creation, last modification and last access for each file and folder in the current location.

Clicking an entry from the list gives you new possibilities, namely to modify the date and time of creation and last modification for each file and folder, in addition to the attributes: archive, hidden, read only, system, compressed, indexed, directory, and encrypted.

AFile Attribute Manager lets you consult a calendar for the date stamps, enter new times, as well as make a selection combination out of any of the aforementioned attributes to immediately apply changes. Buttons for selecting and deselecting all items are available. There are no other notable options provided by this app.

The software utility used low CPU and RAM during our testing, so it didn't hamper system performance. However, we failed in our attempt to launch it on Windows 7, and it prompted an error dialog in this regard. We must also take into account the fact that AFile Attribute Manager hasn't been updated for a long time, and it likely has compatibility issues.
