Even if you do not convert videos regularly, having a dedicated tool on your computer to help you handle conversion duties is never a bad idea. There's certainly no selection of video converters out there, so at least there should be something for everyone — at least in theory.

If you're after a video converter with a modern interface design, which is also quite intuitive to use, then AnyRec Video Converter might be worth a shot. Aside from its footage conversion capabilities, the program also includes some additional features that might interest you.

As the interface is really quite straightforward, it shouldn't take long before users get a feel for how to navigate and use the app. Interestingly enough, drag and drop didn't work for us, so we had to locate the videos through the app instead.

Nevertheless, once the videos were added to the interface, we were able to convert them into different formats without much fuss. The selection of formats to convert into is large enough that you should be able to find the desired extension.

Aside from conversion duties, the program is also able to create photo and video collage, as well as enable you to add effects and merge multiple images and clips together. Though the latter feature is rather rudimentary given the lack of effects and options to manipulate your videos, it's still something that can be used.

A lot of additional features are nested under the Toolbox interface. There's a metadata editor, video and audio compressors, trimmer and cropper tools, as well as some other functions to improve the look of your footage: noise and watermark removers, color enhancers, and more.

If you decide to use AnyRec Video Converter for video conversion workflows, it should be up to the task. As for the included additional features, though largely basic, they are nevertheless good to have.
