Auto BCC/CC for Microsoft Outlook is a straightforward add-in for your email client that allows you to lay down rules that prompt the automatic addition of BCC and CC addresses to your email.

Auto BCC/CC for Microsoft Outlook is a useful tool if you have to send multiple similar emails daily, to a specified group of addresses. Adding the BCC or the CC fields manually can sometimes lead to errors.

The Outlook add-in seeks to remove the possibility that these errors occur and enables you to create certain protocols that result in the automatic addition of the above mentioned fields, along with the main recipient address.

A rule is defined by four elements. Its name, the effects that it triggers, conditions that prompt it and exceptions that block it.

The effects a rule can determine are the addition of either the BCC, the CC or both fields. You can also select which addresses should automatically fill in each of the fields.

A rule can be applied when one or more of the conditions are matched. The add-in allows you to pre-define up to six conditions, including the email is “Sent On Behalf Of” a specified address, the attachment contains a set of key words, or the “To” field contains a certain recipient.

An exception is similarly defined, the result being that the rule does not apply when one or more of the checked terms are matched.

Auto BCC/CC for Microsoft Outlook supports as many rules as you wish to define. All of the rules are displayed when you click the Auto BCC/CC Rules button, in Outlook. You can move the rules up or down on the list, depending which one has higher priority.

You can also view a log file, reporting all the conditions that have been set up and otherwise any modification that has been made to the rules.

Auto BCC/CC for Microsoft Outlook is designed to make sending bulk emails easier and faster.
