When it comes to audio files, there are many applications and programs that you could use in order to make all sort of changes to them. One of them is CD2FLAC.

It's a neat software solution that helps you convert various audio CDs to FLAC music tracks. It has only a few options and it definitely requires some tools for making adjustments to files.

The application sports a really intuitive and simple graphical interface with access to all sort of sections on the toolbar. It has some customization options that you can check out.

It allows you to pick one of the many available themes for the interface and see which one fits you the best. It doesn't have a help menu, but it does come with a link to the developer's website, for more information.

The first thing that you need to do after launching the application is to select the input device that you would like to use, after you've inserted the audio CD in the computer's drive.

It automatically displays a list of audio tracks from your CD, together with some details. You can view the track title, star, duration and status. It doesn't come with a built-in media player, although it would have been nice if you could preview audio files before conversion.

It has a section with system information in which the program keeps a log with all actions that you've taken. You can pick the output directory for converted files, simply browse your computer and pick one at your convenience. It needs some tools for making changes to your audio tracks or at least for merging them.

All in all, CD2FLAC is a very simple and straightforward application for converting all sort of audio CDs to FLAC file format, but it does require some extra tools.
