GSM Guard is a reliable application that allows you to monitor several sites, buildings, squares or specified locations even when you are far away from them.

The program is a suitable tool for remote surveillance, since it can read signals from IP cameras, alarm systems and other security devices, then send notifications to you.

GSM Guard can receive information from remote systems, via GSM modem, as well as process data received over a TCP/IP connection or obtained from a COM port.

The supported configurations for the latter system are RS-232 and RS-485. By default, the application can record data via GSM, however, its functionality can be extended with the help of the plug-ins.

Each objective is saved onto a separate card, with the required parameters. You need to specify the type of device you wish to monitor, the name of the site, mobile phone numbers, address, type and status.

The commands you define can be executed via the Web or using a PIN code, both cases requiring that you provide login credentials.

GSM Guard allows you to localize the site on the world map, by providing the longitude and latitude in degrees.

You may define various types of commands, that can be read from the surveillance systems, whenever an object’s status changes.

They can be assigned specific priority, which might require the administrator’s intervention or can be redirected to other operators.

All messages that are related to the selected object are displayed in a designated field, along with the device phone number, date and time.

GSM Guard features a statistics function, which can calculate the alerts frequency by date, objects or by type of message.

Moreover, you can view the object pin-pointed on the world map and create a calendar of events. You can set reminders for one-time occurrences or for repeated events, as well as forward the received messages to other phone numbers.
