If you use the Google Keywords service to figure out which keywords are used for accessing your website, you can turn to Keyword Organizer, a Windows utility designed to help you sort and filter keywords with ease.

The app works hand in hand with Google Keyword Planner since it can only open CSV files that were generated with this tool. It's wrapped in a modern interface with an elegant appearance and intuitive layout, making it easy for anyone to organize their website's keywords.

After a fast setup operation that requires no special attention, you can create a new project by specifying a name and category, thanks to the fact that multiple websites with distinct sets of keywords can be organized in this program.

In the following step, you can load keywords from your CSV file that was produced by Google Keyword Planner. It's possible to filter words and limit their number (ranging from 1 to 10), as well as to check out the average monthly searches, competition and suggested bid.

Clusters can be created and managed to easily navigate the keywords and make changes whenever you feel it's necessary. All groups can be saved as CSV files. Furthermore, keywords with or without their data can be copied to the clipboard from the right-click menu. Keyboard shortcuts are supported by the application.

On the bright side, Keyword Organizer is easy to use and has a pleasant working environment, requiring no SEO experience. It had minimal impact on the overall performance of the PC in our tests and remained stable throughout its runtime on Windows 10. On the other hand, it doesn't bring any advanced features to the table that more experienced users can tinker with. However, the software product's has been only recently released, so there's plenty of room for improvement.
