MPEG4 Direct Maker is an application that can convert several media formats, including AVI, WMA, WAV, MP3, 3GP, MOV, DIVX and XVID.

The interface of the program is very plain. You can import media by using the file browser or "drag and drop" method (batch processing is supported).

In the queue you can view the name, duration, source format, status, as well as beginning and ending position. Plus, you can preview tracks in a small window placed on the bottom right corner of the screen.

Once you have selected the output format and destination, you can initiate the conversion process from the "Control" menu.

Additionally, you can configure settings when it comes to the audio/video time shift, auto split, video resolution, frame rate and codec, audio codec, sample frequency rate, bitrate and channels.

But you can also enable the settings to display a watermark of your preference, as well as select the watermark method and configure the skip option.

Furthermore, you can toggle between window and full screen mode, view a mixer, set the starting and ending position, correct an upside-down video by using RGB24 mode, use a media player and advanced DVD converter, and more.

The program takes up a moderate-to-high amount of system resources, quickly converts a file and includes a comprehensive user file with snapshots.

However, MPEG4 Direct Maker was not able to encode all media files during our tests, doesn't maintain an excellent audio and image quality and displays a watermark on the output files. We suggest you test this software for yourself.
