Designed for individual users and small companies, SimpleSYN Standard makes it easy for you to keep your Outlook data in sync across multiple network computers. With its help, multiple users can conveniently share email messages, contacts. calendar appointments, tasks and notes.

In the attempt to keep things as simple as possible, SimpleSYN Standard welcomes you with a startup wizard that allows the initial configuration of the server or the client. As you might imagine, it is mandatory for SimpleSYN Standard to be installed on all the network workstations you want to keep in sync.

The wizard enables you to select the desired Outlook profile and choose between the server and the client configuration for the host PC. To connect a client to a server, you must enter the automatically generated server ID and a password during client configuration.

SimpleSYN Standard runs in the system tray, allowing you to launch its main interface from the right-click menu. You can view the synchronization status and manage conflicts that might occur, all from a well-structured, intuitive window. Unlike SimpleSYN Business, the Standard one does not include content filtering capabilities.

The application's settings can be tampered with, so that you can modify the Outlook profile to sync, switch to client or server mode, change the server name and the connection password. Also, you can instruct SimpleSYN Standard to sync IMAP folders, but this option requires you to restart the application.

SimpleSYN Standard brings to the table an efficient Outlook synchronization system that works via a local network, be it LAN, WLAN or VPN, unlike the Business edition, which also supports Internet and cross-network synchronization.

Once configured, it runs in the background, without interfering with your work. As such, Outlook data is automatically updated if a folder is modified, without you having to do much.
